Bed had nut stains on sheets and blankets, crackheads around everywhere, front desk had an attitude, room felt dusty as soon as u walked in, couldn’t sit down anywhere everything was stained

This is a wonderful hotel and every one from the front desk ( Bianca ) is just the sweetest thing and willing to help in anyway, the security, the maids are well mannered and helpful.

Night shift staff was wonderful

Staff was very nice, that’s the only redeeming quality. The rooms are gross, the floors are sticky. The towels and sheets are all stained. The microwave looks like it’s never been wiped and the safe in the room doesn’t work.

The room was clean. Good food. Close to the fla Keys.

All Staff Always Helpful including Maid Service.

Staff was awesome especially Romi. Quiet nice room. I would not hesitate to return if needed.

Hotel room was covered in ants. Check in lady was rude. When we went to ask for more washcloths because there was only 1 in the room for three people she acted like we just wanted to steal them and gave us a hard time about asking for more. Overall it was a cheaper option, but you get what you pay for.

Nice people, safe area. Ants in the sink, lumpy bed.

Between the employees and room it was wonderful. We had first booked a room down the road and walked out winthin 30 minutes because the condition of room (dirtiness and rundown) and we found this room instantly. If we come back to this part of Florida again we would consider getting another room here. Thank you.

For me it was good the only thing I didn’t like was the housekeeper she was rude and didn’t want to do her job I have red hair and when I wash my hair red comes out and the towel had some red on it and she took a picture like to say something and I clean houses and wash my Clients cloths so I about all that I told her that with a little bleach it goes away … the cleanes of the room was not good at all ether they should replace that lady she is no good cleaning or just dealing with people 😔 the rest was good I like it that nobody’s bothers you it’s really quiet I like it

One of the beds had sand on the foot of the bed on top of the made bed. It’s like the previous guest just before me slept on top of a made bed with shoes on. I don’t think the housekeeper changed the bed since the bedding wasn’t disturbed. The price matches the accommodations. The room interior needs upgraded mattresses and bedding . The musty smell in room upon arrival is what happens in Florida without CONSTANT air conditioning. But, we stay here once a year on way down to key west as a no frills pit stop it’s a little cheaper since it’s not on the main drag of hotels.
