We had the most amazing 3-night stay at the Sebel. The 1 bedroom suite was beautifully designed…feels like you are stepping into a Design magazine. The only minor complaint was the central air - the heater would turn off in the middle of the night so the room got a bit cold. Housekeeping wasn’t provided during our short stay, but that didn’t bother us at all. The bed was very comfortable and the windows were all soundproof so we slept very well. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and don’t forget to ask for your complimentary drink (a bottle of wine) as part of your ALL benefit. There is a garage attached to the hotel but we didn’t utilize it since public transit was free during our visit. We also appreciate that when we asked to borrow an umbrella, we weren’t being reminded that a lost umbrella would cost $$ (unlike the experience we had in Sydney Clarence Hotel). The location was great as it is less than 5 mins walk to the Elizabeth station and a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is also a small courtyard on the 6th floor for use, but the apt itself was very spacious for two people.

Exceptional Service and a Perfect Get-Together! We recently hosted a small get-together at The Sebel Melbourne Flinders Lane, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. While the property itself is wonderful, what truly set this stay apart was the incredible team. The staff really looked after us from start to finish and made us feel entirely at home. I want to give a special shoutout and massive thank you to: Air, Jo, Sana, and Chantelle: Your outstanding hospitality and attention to detail ensured our gathering went off without a hitch. The Housekeeping Team: Thank you for doing an absolutely stellar job keeping everything spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Experiencing this level of genuine care just reinforces that joining the Accor Vacation Club 16 years ago and becoming a host customer was the best decision I ever made. A pleasant & comfortable stay in a very clean & spacious king suite. Close to everything in the city. Upon request late check out. Breakfast wasn’t offered. I was delighted by the lovely well spoken front desk lady Marah, of indian background. Her genuine warm welcoming approach made our check in feel relaxed & not pressured. A professional young lady whose customer service skills were outstanding & faultless at all times (Apologies if I’ve not correctly typed her name). Thank you for making our experience heavenly. This is a great location for being close to all activities in the cbd. Just a short walk, tram or train ride to all of the sporting stadiums. Great restaurants nearby and grocery stores if you need supplies. This is one of the Accor vacation club properties and has been newly refurbished. It now has a great little cafe/bar on the bottom floor. Rooms are really well presented. We have stayed here a number of times and have never been disappointed.

We stay here every time that we come to Melbourne, the location is very central and allows us to access wherever we need to go. Added bonus this year with the free public transport across Victoria. The beds are always so comfortable and the room so quiet and dark allowing for great sleeps. Absolutely love the refurb, although we did miss the desk area in the rooms that was previously there.
