Nice and clean all inclusive resort. Too many people nagging you daily to buy extra services like massages or their membership privileges.

Great!!

Incredible vacation. People were very friendly and the food everywhere was delicious. We sprung for the cabana on the beach which I highly recommend. The entertainment team was so much fun and kept us busy. We plan to return next year!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Alltra Cancun Resort, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that truly made our trip special. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff and the entertainment team. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The entertainment team (Sandy, Andrea, Jimmy, Tadeo & Frankie), in particular, brought so much life and energy to the resort. They were engaging, fun, and made each day feel exciting with their variety of activities and shows. Whether it was pool games, beach volleyball, or evening shows, they never failed to keep the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The resort itself was very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and we always felt comfortable in the common areas and in our room. While the building is a little on the older side and could benefit from some updates, it didn’t take away too much from the overall charm and comfort of the place. As for the food, it was okay—decent variety and some good options, but not particularly memorable. We appreciated the effort to offer different cuisines, and there were always things to enjoy, even if it didn’t blow us away. In the end, what truly made the trip memorable was the incredible service and the positive, upbeat vibe throughout the resort. We would absolutely recommend Wyndham Alltra Cancun.

My family of four (8 and 5 year old) have stayed at this property twice. We love how kid friendly this resort is. Despite seeing reviews online about the food being mediocre, we have found the restaurants to be really good. They are so good that, after two visits, we haven’t even tried the Italian restaurant yet! We keep going back to the Mexican restaurant, Azul and Sunset!

The outlet power were loose, the food was ok to eat

I really enjoyed the activity that they offered. Everybody was friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and I look forward to visiting again.

Great place for family

Resort was good overall. It would be nice to add couple of restaurants to the buffet. Specifically vegetarian options and indian food.

Stayed here with my family and all our kids, 4 under the age of 8. So many things for everyone to do. Beach was beautiful and the food was great. The pools are gorgeous too. Drinks, atmosphere, cleanliness and service were all top notch!!

Overall the experience was good but the food wasn’t the best. We still made the best of it. The property was clean and there weren’t any bugs.

Everything was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. Shout out to Miguel from Playa collections who gave us our initial tour and great recommendations! Our kids loved the food /pool/ activities. Would definitely come back

This was the best all inclusive resort I’ve been to. They are very family friendly with many interactive activities throughout the day. Some examples are morning yoga, aqua aerobics, Zumba, water sports, circus shows, magic shows and much more. We went near Easter so there were also Easter egg painting events and basket making events. This makes it ideal for families who stay at the resort all day as they’ll never be bored. The staffs are also all very friendly and professional and I always felt really welcomed. The only downside was the waitlists to the restaurants. Each restaurant we’ve been to had a waitlist of at least 30 minutes with maximum being 2 hours. It’s difficult when you’ve arrived back from an excursion and just want to grab a meal but have to wait. However, the food at most of the restaurants are excellent and of very high quality so there’s a downside and an upside. For example, I wasn’t expecting to eat a juicy ny steak at an all inclusive resort.

If you plan to relax, and disconnect, is not the ideal hotel. It is very noisy specially the rooms with the balcony to the main pool, which are around half on the entire hotel. It's good for family with kids, and the staff was polite and professional. In my personal opinion, the hotel is missing some green. It is pure concrete all over, missing that Caribbean feeling.

I will come back to have a vacation with my family.

Beautiful property. Very nice kid pool with a slide. And larger pool with family entertainment all day. They had a couple shows at night. The staff was amazing. Very warm and friendly people. They do have some pushy employees that sell discount tickets for the timeshare ownership. So you have to just say no and stand your ground. Very persistent. I would stay here again. The food was absolutely fantastic. And ocean and beach area were very accessible. Beach is a little rocky. Lots of shells to collect :)

FThe food here is delicious, but the rooms are a bit cramped and chilly. Unfortunately, the staff at room service seemed a bit rude when I called for assistance. Front beach is not like in the pictures.
