The resort was over all nice only issue we had was the day we needed to leave to the airport to depart the transportation to bring us down took an hour to come get us and almost made us late for our flight. The resort is up a hill and no walking is permitted for safety. So you are forced to wait. We called the office several times to get picked up and the phone would just ring and then they would answer and tell us to wait outside so we waited outside of our room for one hour before being picked up. Also, the room stated with the stay you only get two complementary bottles of water and one coffee you have to pay for the rest but other than that, it was a pretty decent day and the resort itself was very nice and close to the beach just keep in mind that you have to wait to go around the resort.

Nice and clean and the staff members are very nice. Very great location with an amazing view to the ocean.

Our room didn’t have a bedside table or light and you had to park away from our room. The picture they show is for another resort that you can eat at, but not use the pool.

Could not get the hot water to turn on The knob was not the current one for the cartridge But since it was so hot it did not really matter Room was very clean This was my second time here I am 50 50 on coming back

Wonderful stay, would definitely be back. Only negative was the shower being very weak and it made it difficult to have a proper shower. Will probably be fixed before the next visitor however. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Costa Rica on a budget friendly stay.

The property is good. You can tell it's getting a bit old. Could use some updates The shuttle is nice to get around, and everything is reasonably close if you want to walk up and down the roads.

Great location.. hard to get to if you fly into sjo.. prepare for 1lane 3hrs and 54 min drive. The drive is worth it for the scenic views

The property is clean and well-maintained; rooms are spacious. The beach is a short walk or shuttle away… so beautiful!!! We ate at the restaurant several times, breakfast and supper… both delicious. The staff were super responsive in helping us get a last minute shuttle to the airport; would highly recommend :)

The room says view to the garden but we didn´t have that, very small frigde in one of the rooms

The property is beautiful and staff are amazing. An area of improvement is the food, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
