When there is a Buthub order, when there is no Buthub, the cleaning service works not clean, There are guests having difficulty opening the door when carrying the luggage the officer does not help.

Clean and near the MRT and also near a shopping center so it's easy to go anywhere and safe from the demo.

The room was large by the standard in Hong Kong. Special request on bathtub and single large bed but was given only bathtub and twin beds instead. When highlighted to reception, they immediately reckon on the mistake and change a new room to me. Very responsive and friendly service. Location is great. Only 5 minutes to nearest Jordan MTR station. And easy to get taxi and uber to anywhere else. Just the breakfast is limited and repetitive after 1 day.

Very helpful staff, we had a pleasant stay, very close to 7eleven, McDonald's, 5mnt walk to Jordan station, (1 stop away from the legendary tsim sha tsui).
