Super old room with terrible wall paper. No insulation between adjacent rooms with a separating door that is hollow you can hear the guest next door talking as if they were I. The washroom in your suite . Over priced for what we paid I would not reccomend

It’s a decent central hotel. It is very warm in the rooms and it’s hard to get the temp low enough to sleep comfortably. Staff are always friendly. Ice maker was out of service. Elevator is ungodly slow. Bed is comfortable. Rooms are dated, but that’s fine

Room was clean but very dated especially for the price per night. No onsite parking but underground parking available about a half block away.

The only good rating I can give this hotel is the location. Rooms are old. TV’s are old. Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Parking is too far away and expensive. Gym is tiny and not well equipped. Would not recommend this hotel for the money. Overpriced.

Over priced and outdated

Infested with mice in the restaurant. Staff is aware. Staff ignore do not disturb sign and just come in your room anyways so dont keep any personal items out.

Dated but clean

The hotel was okay but, for the price point ($350+/night) we expected better. Noise travels through the walls easily, bathrooms were dated, nothing special about the rooms. Glad there was a small fridge.

After paying over 400 per night. We arrived to be met by the front desk person that made us feel not welcome. Hotel parking was at another location, which was somewhat confusing as it was not only a 10 minute walk back to hotel but we were not sure if we were parking at the right location Finally get back to the hotel, the elevator was dirty and one of the bottoms were smashed, it did still work but was questionable Hallway carpets were old, dirty and gapped in areas The room. Dirty, walls , carpet and bathroom all looked worn out and sketchy to touch Furniture was all chipped reminded me of furniture you would buy at a grubby yard sale Bath tub enamel chipped in several places. Lack of towels. No extra anything. The one thing you will not see there is me, ever again.

Great central location. Walkable distance to the conference centre, wharf, and good food options. Older building but no issues during my stay.

That was not a city view.... The bath tub was really slow draining. Nothing like taking a bath at the same time as you are showering

The room was clean and hotel was nice. However the rooms are looking a little tired and needs a refresh . However the location is awesome and parking was easy to find.

A little strange that the rooms aren’t cleaned daily but was brought fresh towels fairly quickly when asked

The location is fantastic for access to the harbour front; Citidel Hill and lots of great local restaurants.
