Delta Saint John obviously takes great care in hiring their staff. Top notch service from front desk to concierge to dining staff with 37 years experience (at the MIX - aka the Delta’s restaurant). Always friendly and always willing to take care of you. I have used this hotel for over 25 years for business trips. This last one was personal and I was disappointed. Thank you for the personal friendly service and great amenities. As always - I will be back.

Clean bed warm and cozy room.

Rooms where clean but halls where not clean. Lots of hockey kids playing in the hallway. Very loud !

The room felt neglected and it was sketchy to get from the parking to the hotel. The whole elevator situation wasn’t explained and we didn’t feel safe.
