Front desk staff and housekeeping were great. Clean rooms. Thing to improve was breakfast eggs and bacon was cold and bacon was super greasy.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was so nice. If I had one negative it's that the doors slamming at night could be very loud.

It was great!

Came for a hockey game. Did not know it when I booked this hotel, but there is a bridge connecting to the arena, and you do not need to go outside which is fantastic in the winter.

Room was great

Check in was terrible no parking in front. Had to drop off my wife to check in and drive around 4 blocks to come back around. Have to go up in the parking garage to the 6th floor. Parking does not cone with the room, it’s an extra cost. It should be free with the room.

Was a great stay. Was able to get early check in. Stayed for 2 days. Very impressed with the rooms and the south facing view.

Clean room, good location

Great location--easy walk over to the arena. Really good room. Nice view, too.

Location was great for a Jets game. Lobby was a little chaotic following the game with lots of intoxicated people.

Room 2708 is behind the elevators? You hear the elevators go up-and-down.
