Excelente servicio y muy lindas instalaciones.

Room was really a suite and much more than I expected; great location and pool!

we have only a problem with the manager in the garage

The room was super spacious, clean, the staff and the bed was great!!! Breakfast delicious!!! My only but was the noises from other rooms, but other than that, had a great experience!!

Did not spend enough time to try out the spa although I heard it is really nice. The reception employees were very nice, the room and bed large and comfortable. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. The only thing negative is that the neighborhood is not the best and we did not feel comfortable walking back at night after going to the theater nearby. However, I would go there again without doubt.

Very friendly staff at check-in. We were allowed an early check-in which really helped. Public areas of the hotel are beautiful and the room was very comfortable too. Pool area - inside rather hot, outside area very small with insufficient beds, but a lovely space. Great location.

Room was clean, slightly dated, key fob for elevator and room access(good) staff was very helpful. Breakfast didn’t change, several scrambled eggs, two meats. But no change. It was good but for a long stay 5+ days became boring,

The Radisson is right on the main city square. It has a casino and events facility. We booked a suite with breakfast. We had a great view of Montevideo harbor!!! We enjoyed the indoor pool on the 6th floor.. Breakfast is on the 25th floor with fantastic view… it is a buffet with typical Uruguay cuisine. The problem was the person controlling the guest list, she had no idea of people skills and guest services. Very rude 😳

Hotel should have updated their profile to specify they are a CASHLESS property so guests know this beforehand.

Great bar in the lobby, great food also. Beds comfy, rates were great.
