We have stayed here quite a few times. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. We asked the front staff for a late checkout and they were very accommodating!

Friendly staff

The Carriage House Hotel and Convention Centre is a very nice hotel located in south central Calgary, making it very convenient to downtown, Chinook Centre, and other local sights. The hotel was well maintained, clean and has nicely appointed rooms, and comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were great and very accommodating when we needed extra supplies, or suggestions on where to eat or visit. The hotel offers free daily breakfast and free parking, which really helps out with controlling cost while travelling. There are a couple of restaurants and a pub on the property, and there are many local restaurants near by. We were pleased with our stay, and highly recommend this property if you need to be in the Calgary SW or SE areas.

The Carriage House is my go to hotel on the south side of Calgary. The year round pool and hot tub are a treat, along with Peanuts pub. Staff is accomodating and pleasant to deal with. I recommend this property.

Everything was perfect, staff was awesome !

Restaurant is closed could not get any dinner. Had to order out. The sauna was out of order swimming pool was amazing. The hot tub outside needs some work all the little tiles around it or falling out. Stuff was amazing.

Fantastic place to stay!!

Hotel is old. Clean and basically renovated but still feels old and dingy. Hallways are dark and brown. Toilets, shower heads, toilet seats, taps, glassware are poor quality. Towels, sheets, robes the hardest most scratchy we’ve ever encountered in any hotel. Pillows on a queen bed were king and not enough room in bed. very poor sleep quality.
