Hôtel très bien placé, accueil très bien Parking payant avec grande place . Par contre le petit déjeuner aujourd’hui n’était pas terrible ?!

I had a vet pleasant stay. I had learned from my previous visit that there was no evening restaurant service at the weekend however my knowledge of Montpellier was good enough that I knew where to find a good dinner. The breakfast was excellent

Un hotel vieillissant qui a besoin d'une bonne rénovation. Idéalement situé avec toute la vie autour, parking sous l hôtel et service souhaitant faire son maximum. Point negatif: pas de prises proche de la tete de lit (pas pratique pour charger les telephones) et un lit qui grince au moindre mouvement. Dommage

The hotel is very well located, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are renovated with wooden floor, but corridors still with old carpets as MERCURE brand that gives the impression of old and not clean, despite of a huge crew cleaning and sanitizing all time against COVID.

Bel hôtel avec une literie très reposante. Propre. Bien insonorisé. Petit déjeuner copieux, frais et très bon. Parking facile d accès. Bien situé et à quelques pas du centre ville

The rooms and amenities are great; the staff are congenial and incredibly helpful. (They even cheerfully endured our tortured attempts at French.) It's a wonderful location near the river and the Place de l'Europe, as well as a minute's walk from two key tram lines. The hotel breakfast makes for a terrific start to a day of exploring this marvelous city.

Accueil médiocre pour une chambre que j’ai payé 125 euros. Très décevant. Plus jamais !

Hôtel propre dans l’ensemble, service restauration et bar ferme à 23h si petit creux ou soif attendre le lendemain, un boucan pas possible toute la nuit et aucun agent de sécurité pour remettre le calme, bar dans la chambre vide, une seul petite bouteille d’eau comme boisson de bienvenue. J’ai fait deux fois cette hôtel et plus jamais.

Très bon accueil. Nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre toute neuve, très confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. rien a reprocher!

Good hotel - pleasant staff. Coffee/tea facilities in room were poor - pathetic little plastic cups - give me a mug!!!

Just a great place to stay. Check in was aweso.e and food was good as well
