Really nice place to stay

The staff was really friendly and professional. We had room service and it was fast and tasty. They told us 40 mins wait, and it arrived in half that time. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a big smart tv with lots of channels so that's a plus. The pool can use a little bit of cleaning since the leaves from the palm trees fall into it often. Parking seems safe just a few potholes here and there but nothing major. Was worth every dollar spent. Will come back again.

Un poquito viejito peor todo bien

Bathroom was dirty. Staff was unprofessional was did not offer any support. No nightstand, no iron and no ironing board. Toilet was leaking and water was leaking from shower. Repeatedly asked front staff for support and no one came to rectify it.

The floor was leaking from the toilet and shower. There was no nightstand. No iron and no blow dryer. Staff was unprofessional and I contacted them several times and asking them for support to rectify it and they did not rectify it.

Solo nos quedamos una noche pero todo bien.

The pool was Murky, water not too clean. Bathroom had issues, door lock did not work properly, they cut back on the buffet items,front desk not too friendly.This Real Inn did not meet the 4 stars, they claimed to be.

The hotel was very nice very centrical easy to get around like to the mall and dining areas.courteous staff very clean rooms very friendly maids. Breakfast buffet was so so.

The stay was ok , I was expecting to find the hotel in a better shape. Was disappointed about the condition of the rooms. I understand that is not a 5 star hotel but over all need a lot of details that need to be fixed. Staff was very helpful. The hallways were dirty and smelled like smoking areas.

The hotel and service are good, but the only thing I didn't like is that the train passes by and is very noisy. The air conditioning also doesn't cool well; they need more maintenance. The buffet was delicious.

This hotel has the most rude personnel. first the receptionist was not very friendly she was rude did not provide any instructions where to park or how to get to the room. Second when we walked in the room it had an awful smell, and the AC Did not work I called various times to have someone check it they kept on saying they would send someone to do so took over an hour and they never went to check the AC until I decided to call for the 3th time and thats when they decided to move me to another room horrible experience I dont recommend this place this will be my first and last that I stay here

Truly a great place to stay. So close to the border. Our process is always flawless and no issues as of yet. The beds are comfy, Air conditioning works good, quiet, safe. We always enjoy our stay with Real Inn. The unfortunate and inconvenient thing is that our room never comes with meals included!

I like the location, the staff is very friendly and I always like staying at this hotel however, I did not get a fridge in my room this time, the AC never really cooled down the room, the toilet seat was ready to fall off. I just feel they need to better inspect the rooms. the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
