A pleasant stay. The room was clean, the amenities were complete for the price, and the staff was very helpful. I would return if I were in the area again.

Good location, easy access. A lot of restaurant, pub and bar within walking distance. In front of the hotel is the batman park tram stop.

I already requested a high room, but I didn't give it, I can't even ask to check out at 1 o'clock.

Had our first night as newlyweds here, had a great time. Stayed in a king suite, awesome bed, great shower and bathroom. Really good service and helpful staff. The building is a bit confusing to navigate and as of Feb 2020 is under renovations for their new lounge area but none of that was much of a bother. Recommended, at least for a wedding night stay. Room was $283.

Great room with a beautiful view . Great service and good price

The room is spacious, if you want to go to the shopping center it's easy to ride the tram, directly in front of the hotel, nice view to the Yarra River, good breakfast, lots of choices. Satisfying service, easy to understand simple English. Very close to the southern cross station, may be a consideration for people with many suitcases.

The location is really close anywhere, tram is also passed.

I will stay at the hotel again if I go back to melbourne
