Hotel is conveniently located near all the touristy spots. The staff was very friendly and attentive and was happy to give us extra towels. The pool was surprisingly big and clean! Like really really clean! If back in this area, would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms, fantastic staff. For economy and very affordable rates, this was one of the best I've been to.

We were very pleased with our stay. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the facilities.

Lady at front desk is very rude and tried to steal $10 of the cash deposit we paid. She argued with us that we only paid $50.00 had to wait for her to check cameras to give me my money back. So make sure you pay attention to the receipt they give when you pay that cash deposit

My only complaint is how loud the road is right next to the hotel, but that’s hardly the hotels fault

Our stay was great, bed was very comfortable. Room was just perfect for us. Will definstay again one of the top hotels of our choice when we have to come to Hot Springs for Dance Competitions. Staff is very nice as well and very nice and accommodating to me and my service dog.

Everyone was nice. We didn't take advantage of the pool, just slept at watched TV.

I stay multiple times a year and the service is always excellent. The room is always clean. It’s quiet. The staff at the front desk are always accommodating. You can’t be the price.

Decent budget friendly hotel within easy driving distance of 90% of things to do in Hot Springs

Everything was clean. No nasty carpets. On check in, we had the sweetest young lady to register us. Everyone that worked there, was so friendly. The pool was clean.

Continental breakfast was worthless. Room was o Spacious & bed was comfortable but our little fridge was leaking water.
