The hotel is very well located at the top of the hill. Our room and terrace had an amazing view of the cathedral. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast included a wide variety tasty choices. If we ever come back to Toledo this is where we’d stay.

A very friendly staff pointed out sights of interest after assigning us a room. The hotel is nicely situated near Plaza Zocodover and overall is very good, though the showers, typical of Spain, aren't fully enclosed. Water rained on us from the ceiling one morning, occupants of the room directly above creating a flood.

Toledo was a highlight of our trip and the hotel was in the perfect place in the city. The staff were as helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. I was expecting a room with a view, but didn’t get it. The room was comfortable and nicely kept.

Such a beautiful all medieval decoration clean confortable beds the location is just perfect in front if the Castle.With a dreamy view. Breakfast very complete for 12 euros ll you need.

The property is very well located next to the Alcazar, Plaza Zocodover and lots of eating and shopping places. The hotel manager told us it was fine for us to use our US handicap placard to park in the handicap spots next to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel offers discounted parking at the 2 parking lots nearby.

Everything was great besides the weak Wi-fi in the room and a couple of non-working electrical outlets.

This was an unexpected pleasure! Hotel is in the absolute heart of everything, room was huge and very well presented, car park was next door. I will definitely use this hotel again & Toledo is an interesting place halfway between the French border and my home in Costa del Sol. Why would you stay in Madrid when this city is so much better?

Great location, spacious, newly renovated bathroom, and nice touches including the free toiletries (toothbrush, etc). Staff are friendly and helpful too!

This was a very nice surprise, I was expecting a much more modest accomodation. Location is wonderful, right in front of the Alcazar. Spacious room, lots of light, great view of Toledo, clean bathroom, good breakfast. This is really a great deal for the money, good for long or short stay.

Hotel is in prime location in Old Town. Two things, the room was awesomely big but the A/C was very poor, I had to sleep shirtless, which it is uncomfortable to me. The other aspect that I did not like was the fact of half for room, which means your need to carry your luggage down/up. Breakfast is very good. The room was quiet, the bathroom was very clean and well furnished. I recommend but the A/C is a must to improve.

Such a great hotel overall! The room was clean and spacious—we absolutely loved it. The location was excellent and the breakfast was great as well. The only downside was that the staff didn’t seem very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

I stayed at this hotel last year & loved everything about it. It’s super close to points of interest. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. I will definitely keep booking with them.

This property is okay for short stays like 1to 3days. Says, 2 free bottled water but you have to ask for it. Breakfast is okay. There's no gluten free. They have salmon...but if you come in late it will be gone! There were little flies in our room 309.. we think it's coming from the bathroom drain. The safe box in our room is not working, told the front desk.. but we were told it doesn't work... there good restaurant closeby...we liked La Cave, Go>Alcazar Tapas Restorante Toledo.
