It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, and it was close to the areas I wanted to visit.

Had a one night stay and room was ready and clean

This property was awful very dirty, smelled of cigarettes and I felt very unsafe. The front desk girl said she would refund for my one night stay but did not. The elevator’s didn’t work and they put me in a room that was next to the pool area and every time people walked in and out from the pool area the door would slam and wake me up all night long.. it’s one of the worst places I ever stayed. Zero stars and shame on best western for having a property like this and charging people even tho I got no sleep and it was disgusting. I will be going on social media and giving them a terrible review… shame on you Best Western

Room was clean and comfortable. Area was safe and location was perfect for my stay. Only complaint was housekeeping vacuuming the hallways at 8:30 am.

Room ok, nightstand were fitted but spaced for a king mattress but room had a queen. Assessable shower had a single high mounted shower head rather than a hand held shower head. After arrival first night pool was locked

Went to this hotel with our children for UIL state plays, our relatives picked it out and we couldnt be more pleased great service great hotel will stay again when in Austin
