The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean. And the breakfast buffet is delicious!

Our room did not cool. It was warmer in the room than outside. He was nice and offered a fan but we were still too warm.

Very clean room and calm area. Short drive to the city.

What a nice hotel! I've never stayed at a Lotus property & it was perfect!. Very courteous front desk reception staff. Room was clean & they had bar soap (which I prefer). Breakfast was very tasty & there was plenty of seating. Hot coffee available all day too. The location was perfect, well lit & in a nice part of town with a dog park not too far away. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay centrally located well lit abundant parking great breakfast and MY add the gentleman shiv was a total professional a great hire for your company polite knowledgeable you name it he was it. I’ll definitely be back to stay when I come to Kansas City.

Staff could be more welcoming

No complaints perfect in every aspect.The price,cleanliness,location.I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.What i really appreciated is that they had an iron,with ironing board,hair dryer,shampoo,conditioner,body wash the beds comfortable and clean.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Couldn’t have been more pleased

Overall good experience and very accessible! Only complaint, there was way too much cleaner or odorizer being used in the lobby. It was very strong!

The morning breakfast was on time and I had no issues with my booking.

Michael was excellent and made us feel comfortable.

Its an older hotel but the upkeep is great! Nice staff. My kids loved the breakfast, especially the pancake maker that you wave your hand and it makes as many as you want! And they had chocolate chips to add to it!

It is older and bathroom really small, but it was clean and friendly

The only problem with this property was the internet.

Hotel is older but has had some updates. Beds were comfortable. Walls are thin. Not a lot of parking. Staff was friendly

Place was nice and clean, quiet and friendly. Beds a little to firm for me but good for a quick overnight trip

Room was clean and area was very quiet.

One bed had dirty linens and there were spots on the carpet, but the other bed was pristine, the bathroom was spotless, and it was ready at very short notice so I was extremely thankful.
