Loved the hotel. I felt like I was in a palace. Excellent breakfast, very good location. Espectacular rooms and amenities.

Can’t fault the hotel. Great service and comfortable beds. I recommend you bring good quality earplugs. Hotel is dead centre of the club scene. Was woken continually all through the night by loud shouting and laughter!! Didn’t cease until 5am. Unfortunate for the hotel as it can’t do anything about it. If you can cope with the noise. This is a great hotel

We had a beautiful, large room with windows overlooking the courtyard where the pool is (although the pool was not open for the season quite yet). Very quiet, comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The property is lovely. But most of all, I want to mention the friendly and gracious staff. They could not do enough to ensure we were happy with everything. I love that breakfast included the pouring of actual hot coffee rather than making it myself from a machine. I have a feeling the hotel caters to lots of Americans and British so we felt right at home.

Amazing

Overall hotel was nice and great location but when we first arrived the room we were given stank of cigarette smoke. They swapped it straight away and did apologise but that room shouldn’t have been given to anyone in its condition. Also the pool was closed which was information not available before we travelled and the hotel was undergoing some loud renovations during our stay which we were only informed of in the email the day before check-in. And at least one coffee machine at breakfast would have some issue you’d need to get the staff to attend to. So no ‘big’ issues but a lot of small things not done great. Overall was fine but not the standard you’d expect for a higher end hotel.

Location was excellent. Walkable to all key sites. Staff very friendly. We are in the restaurant twice once for dinner - has beef tenderloin which was extremely tasty. Had lunch one day as well. Large room and lovely public areas.

Wonderful stay! Staff was professional and service prompt. Loved the location. Breakfast was a disappointment though - very limited selection/ coffee was bad- machine working 3 days later- eggs cold- no breakfast meat at all one morning Limited bread and meat and cheese selection. Save your money and eat at one of the wonderful cafes all around .

The Infante Sagres hotel was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, very convenient and perfect for exploring the city. We especially loved the lobby and the sitting rooms, which feel almost like a castle thanks to their stunning interiors and atmosphere. Overall, everything was lovely and we had a very positive experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond for all requests. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel, would go back in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful. Nice, large bathroom (no transparent bathroom wall/door). The room was clean and very nicely appointed. The hotel is in a great location for walking to most things we wanted to do (walking/food tours, port tastings, river front, restaurants). It’s also very easy to get a Bolt or Uber ride around there.

Beautiful property with extremely helpful staff. The very best service. Really cool old historic elevator. Great breakfast with quality fish. A little difficult to figure out how to arrive with luggage if driving. Nice location if you want to be a little away from Riberia

Staff were wonderfully helpful with directions, tours, restaurants, and providing extras like another lamp, distilled water, etc. we were disappointed that after booking a “superior deluxe room” to be 344 square feet (30 meters) square we got a smaller room with an interior view and one chair ( we shared time using it) at the small table. That might be more acceptable if we were staying only a night or 2 but we were there almost a week.

Beautiful room, Very polite and welcoming Staff, Cannot comment on the food as we did not eat here, But the location was perfect, The interiors are Wow, My only complaint was that we didnt stay long enough! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay

Hotel location and appearance very good. Heating/cooling systems stopped functioning at night- hotel did comp one night but awful experience. Breakfast excellant but hotel affiliated restaurant poor.
