Easy to park and get settled in. Dining options were good

This hotel was located in an very safe area with walking trails very accessible. The staff were very friendly in all locations throughout the hotel. Dining options associated with the hotel were great, especially The Joyce. The only downside was a musty odour in the room.

Ok hotel. Not great just ok. Nice Pool and hot tub.

Close to Parliament building, Art museum, History museum, and lots of dining options and shops downtown. Loved that we could just walk many places and explore the historic sections of the city.

Large room, but it had a weird smell. Hotel looked quite run down, fitness equipment very dated and pool also looked warm out (paint chipping off tiles). Good size though of fitness room and pool. Restaurant unfortunately closed on the evening.

The hotel is an easy walk to the best restaurants in Fredericton. Its staff are charming, friendly and professional. I will definitely be staying here again!

Property is a bit dated but clean. Hate having a TV where the guide does not work and channel lineup is not very good.

Clean, quiet and great location. Older hotel that was renovated. Only negative was one of the 2 old elevators was not working so there was just one for the large hotel.

There was some kid out of control in the pool

Was decent all around but the pool and surrounding area was disgusting filthly chipped tile gross algae discolouration rust broken rails in the pool etc horrific pool situation honestly

Great stay as always

Unfortunately, the toilet/floor were dirty, but was cleaned promptly. We were misdirected to our room and went up the wrong elevator while the check in employee watched…and didn’t guide us in the right direction. We were surprised by how dated & dirty the hallway was. We also didn’t expect to see the hallway ramps which made it difficult for us to push the full luggage carts (up them) for our departure. We would certainly not stay here again nor would we recommend it to our friends. Although we booked for 3 people and promptly charged us for the additional person, the room amenities didn’t match our booking. Again, we had to request additional towels. As a courtesy, we would have expected a refund/compensation for perhaps the additional person and for the parking…at the least.

Very nice reception area and rooms. Room was very nice, fully updated but very oddly the shower tub / shower surround was the only item not updated in the entire room.... very odd as this would be the first thing we would like to see changed. grout was a bit gross, calking was peeling and turning black in areas. ... aside from this everything was great.
