The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast. The bad includes one tiny elevator. You can't even use the stairs because they are only for an emergency. The elevator also shakes when it starts moving. The wifi was useless and it didn't work well enough to do anything. There were people smoking right in front of the door when I arrived and I got to breathe that in. The alarm was set from the previous guest and woke me up at 5 am. The pillows were tiny. The garbage bags were just left hanging on the garbage cans for me to put in. The room was completely overpriced, and the deposit of $250 dollars is ridiculous. I stayed in 5 different hotels in Canada, and this one was by far the worst.

Pet fee ridiculous if staying only 1night; $52; fee is per stay so longer stays possibly reasonable. I was in a king suite, layout puzzling at best, television mounted on the wall BESIDE the bed. Couch/hideabed faces foot of the bed so tv is also on a side wall from the facing direction so impossible to view. Bathroom with walk in shower is great. Parking lot is a good size but the spaces are extremely narrow noted one small ding on my truck from another vehicle door and of course no note or courtesy message left. Parked off away so only another spot on the one side of my vehicle and some individual could only hit one side of it.

Travelling for work, staff was friendly, room was clean and location was convenient.

Clean room. Gym was clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Restaurant for dinner was quite good with large portions for a good price. Hotel was in a good location. Short distance to all the places we needed to go to. Will definitely be returning

Oliver who checked us in was amazing and very kind. No issues with staff. The property itself is very run down and shabby. The Internet was spotty at best in our room and we kept losing connection. The top sheet had a weird brown stain on it which was outputting. The toilet paper roll had someone else's hair on it as well which was weird It was very noisy between outside street noises and hallway noises. You can hear everything. The AC units worked on. We wanted to use the constant fan in order to drown out all the noise, but that didn't work. The in room refrigerator sounded like it was days away from breaking down. The breakfast buffet was very basic and was set up in the Golden elephant restaurant which was strange. For the price we paid, it was a very basic hotel room. Honestly, you can pay $20 more for a better hotel room in a better area.

The towels were changed once every two days, the bed sheets weren't changed. The pancakes were the best choice for breakfast, eggs were cold, and sausages were dry. Staff were nice and polite, and parking was large. Overall, not bad.

Not allowing people to take break fast to the room is questionable. Some people don't eat early until arround 12noon.

Other than the bed a little too soft for my liking, I had an excellent overnight stay. I stay here most times I need to be in the city.

They will charge your credit card with a damage deposit for cleaning linen. In the pictures they sent some of the linen were clean and still folded but they billed the credit card.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was fantastic. Could not hear any other guests, barely heard other doors closing. Staff nice, breakfast hot and many options
