This property is just ok. Very dated and parts were unclean. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Good breakfast, great gym. Also near the Kulturehus which had several very interesting exhibits, with a great one by the artist Nesch.

Great breakfast, not so great customer service ! Disturbed late at night to move my already parked car so someone else could then park their in the very same place ! No restuarant / food available in the evening and no water in room.

We had a nice stay in Ål. The room was clean and the beds were really good. The breakfast was s packed lunch and a little dissapointing compared to a normal hotel buffet (because of coronarestrictions)

Clean hotel but nothing great. Rooms are worn and the furniture has a cheap IKEA look. I would say that this is a 1-2 star hotel due to the worn rooms. Restaurant was nothing good but you have to eat here as there are no other place to eat around here. The hotel has beautiful nature around it and it is a shame the owners doesn't use some money to upgrade the hotel.

We were searching for family in the area around Al. The hotel was very nice - large room with a balcony overlooking the valley which was very beautiful. Very helpful desk staff in giving directions to a family farm.

Veldig god frokost. Stort og kaldt rom som var greit vedlikeholdt. Ingen varme på badet. Den store nedturen var at det var tydelige spor etter forrige gjestene i toalettet, så rengjøringen må opp mange hakk.

Liten frokost. Kjempe gamle køyesenger.

Ein Fenster war defekt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Dachfensterklappe leicht schimmlig. Im Raum und im Bad war es relativ kalt. Im Bad gab es keine einzige Aufhängevorrichtung für Tücher etc.

Deilig rom, fin beliggenhet og god service. God frokost også så et meget greit stopp på turen over fjellet.

Liker meg alltid på Thon Hallingdal! Det er behov for litt enkelt vedlikehold (i første omgang): Fylle hull i fliser, sparkle/ flekk-male dør-lister, fikse litt på belysning, en oppgradering av heisen, mv

God seng,rent rom ,men slitt bygg

Receptionist stod og betragtede at vi ikke kunne få lader til El-bil til at fungere. Da vi kom ind fortalte han at en gæst dagen før havde fortalt at lader ikke virkede. Hotellet virker lidt slidt .
