Oberoi Bengaluru definitely has changed my standard of Luxury Hotels. I recently stayed in Oberoi Bengaluru for 5 nights, and I didn’t know any other hotels that take care of even the tiniest complaints as fast and well as this hotel. They’re really into details and actually gives us experiences that costs more than what we’ve spent. I took a hotel pick up service from the airport, and they accommodated it very well and fast. They chauffeur was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The first night when I came, I didn’t have local sim card yet but I really wanted to order food from outside because I checked on the in room dining menus and I didn’t want anything from there that night. I communicated it with them that I need a help with a Swiggy order and they actually get the order done for me with their personal phone. But also if you’re too lazy to go outside and just want to have some fun time in the hotel, they have multiple restaurants with different options of cuisine in this building. I only had a chance to try their breakfast buffet and the Italian food which tasted good. Remember, it’s provided! It’s definitely everyday was a lovely day with you guys! :’)))
