The staff (some of ladies in front desk) need to learn more helpful and friendly

Great hotel

Overall stay was good. Hotel was clean, room was great with descent size. Breakfast selection is limited however. Could use some improvements in that area.

Problem with the shower: It was difficult to regulate the water, and it was difficult to shower.

Excellent stay for us on a workacation!

Most aspects were very good - except some of the staff who were unpleasant about a problem - and I overheard a couple of other interactions that were similar. They really do not seem to like people booking through expedia.

Overall, it was very good except wifi signal near room 524 was so weak and not connecting most of time even after the front provided a premium one (connect3), so I had to use my cell phone data most of time to do my work. Hope they can improve it.

Location is great, Neumarkt is just a short walk away. Breiter Str has abundant cafe's, bakeries for a quick morning grab or chill in warm sunlight. Hotel is efficient and quiet. Only downsides were the bathroom which needs slight refurbishment and TV which doesn't have access to digital platforms of our choice.
