Bon déjeuner, personnel accommodant mais manque d'enthousiasme. Propre en général mais le sofa-lit semble être oublié dans leur ménage. Les draps étaient sale et un chandail y avait été laissé. Ils ne semblaient pas s'en faire plus qu'il le faut mais nous avons eu de nouveaux draps.

If you have a disability, then this is not the hotel for you. several stairs to get to the rooms. Found a mouse trap in the room when I checked in. Room paid for, and drove 25 hours from Ontario to bother to complain. Bathroom was clean, but still disturbed to see that mousetrap in the room. Understand that there is renovations going on, but come on, a F'n mouse trap??!!! What else could there be. Not impressed.

A mouse trap in the room is not reassuring. The carpets on the hall were torn up, maybe in view to be renovated. However, no mention of it by staff. A little apology for the renovations would have gone a long way.

The staff were helpful, the room and facilities spotless, and the porch overlooking the bay a treat to sit out on before heading out to our activities.

Very friendly staff

Parking is the worst. I was in the room at the end so if I came home later than the others it was really hard to park. You pay an extra 20.00 a day for your dog I thought it was included. The price was alot for 3 days but you should be informed that the price to bring your animal is an extra 20. A day. 60. Extra. But the experience was not bad and the beds were comfortable.

Great location, would definitely book again

Very nice stay at the Comfort Inn, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and efficiently serviced daily. Breakfast was good, good choice. Wifi very good. It is quite a distance from downtown, we only had a car for a couple of days during our week stay, but there is a very good bus service, very frequent and stops just outside the hotel.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Asked for towels but never got them. Needs some updating (ie. carpets on stairs)

The location is great. We were touring Bar Harbor and also took the CAT ferry to Nova Scotia Canada. The staff was great. I was able to return to the hotel hours after check out and pick up my sun glasses I had left in the room. They were waiting at the desy in case I might return. Great Service.

Great spot!

The room was decent but getting there wasn't so great. We used the trolly to take our belongings up to second floor but you could only go so far with trolly up there. We then had to carry our stuff down over two short flights of stairs. Hallways were narrow and under construction.

L’hébergement était ok La chambre manquait de propreté dans la salle de bain car des cheveux et poils étaient encore au sol. J’ai demander à ce que le ménage soit fait à nouveau lorsque nous serons sortis; les coins ont ete fait ronds ! Je souhaitais faire du lavage et la réception n’était pas en mesure de me donner du change car les machines prennent des 1$ uniquement. Le déjeuner était ok mais le nombre de place insuffisant. De belles chaises Adirondak sont à notre disposition pour s’asseoir dehors ; l’hôtel devrait offrir des couvertures pour le confort et un peu de chaleur et confort ! Les travaux de changement de tapis était en cours dans le couloir menant à la réception: regarder où vous marcher car le tapis n’est pas lisse pour ne pas tomber. Hébergement vraiment juste ok pour le prix payer que je juge élevé pour la prestation reçue !!!!! Malheureusement

Hotel is mid reno so the halls are in a bit of disarray. Rest was great! Excellent super helpful staff, really impressed with every single staff person. Beautiful trails connected to the property, by the water too. Easy bus access, free parking. Lots of coffee, which I always appreciate! Got to enjoy coffee on the veranda looking at boats in the basin. Thanks!
