The best hotel in Osaka, I think... Easy connecting to everywhere

The location is very convenient, right above Namba Station, making it easy to go anywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and cozy, and the food is delicious. Since it was my first time in Japan, I was initially a bit confused with the directions, but once I understood them, everything was actually very clear and easy. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Osaka.

The location is great, but the hotel is rather old. The room is spacious, but it does not feel like a 5-star hotel.

5 star service, 5 star location, 5 star hotel. Breakfast on the 36th floor was good with amazing view. Public Japanese sauna complete the experience.

Best hotel to stay in Osaka. Especially if you arrived from outside Japan flights. Because the airport express line stop at the station that located in the bottom of the hotel.

The area is close to the station and lots of places to eat. Hotel service is also ok, friendly.

Wonderful. Location was fantastic. Food everywhere and great malls. Comfy beds. Even catered for a free baby cot. Direct rapid beta train to KIX airport (38 mins) will not hesitate to book same hotel if I do come back to Osaka.

The location is very good everywhere, but the twin bed rooms are very narrow.

Perfect location. Connecting to sky o, namba station, takashimaya, etc. Shopping, dining, lunch, all in one place. Room is spacious and clean. Bed, linen, so comfy. Breakfast: so good. Will always stay here whenever come to osaka.
