Nice place to stay. Breakfast not so good.

I had a stay there and everything including staf was awesome.

Property was run down, carpet in room was filthy and torn. Holes in wall and dirty. Contential breakfast had 2 bananas with some slices of bread.

When we arrived, we discovered that the faucet on the bathroom sink was leaking badly. Because the maintenance person was off for the rest of the day, they brought us a bunch of bath mats to put on the floor to soak up the water. The next morning, the maintenance man did show up and changed the faucet. However, the cleaning staff did not come in to clean the bathroom or make the beds in the room. We had a pile of wet, dirty bath mats in the bathroom for the entire duration. The fire extinguisher in the ceiling was covered with plastic and painters tape, which is a safety violation. The television kept shutting off on its own, and when you turned it on, it was a snowy channel with no menu to find the channels that we’re working on the TV. Definitely not one of my better stays in Sudbury.

Upon arrival staff was excellent. Room wax well maintained. The only area that needs a bit of improving is the selection at the continental breakfast. Maybe include fresh fruit and muffins

The property outside was a disaster. The cleanliness in the room poor. Mildew bathmat and shower curtain and a chair in need of repair

Room missing pillows (spare pillow). Breakfast not much no milk for the cereal Parking was far from the entrance.

It was a nice room but for a king size bed the pillows were small and not very many. Had to ask for bath towels that were bigger as the ones in the room were small. The stay was pleasant after we requested additional towels and pillows.

Key cards did not work for side door entrance, staff member did not even try to do anything about it. Refris

Breakfast was horrible and parking was bad as well. There was no protein available at all.

We got into our room to find an actual poop mark on the white bedspread. Not just a smear, a large poop mark that was still fresh. We were upgraded to a new room and the new one was ok but there was a hole in the wall of the closet. Also stains on that bedspread but they were at least washed prior

First TV remote didn't work. The second one worked a little. TV was iffy. Everything here is old - TV sets, towels and facecloths are stiff and thin, microwave oven from a few decades ago; pillows are small and lumpy, no drinking glass in bathroom, no clock radio. Some repairs were made to some walls (bathroom), but there was no paint so repairs were obvious. No bar to hold the toilet paper in its mount. The owner is, in my opinion, obviously profit oriented only, and not so much into providing satisfactory accommodation. Would urge prospective guests to rethink the idea of staying here, as the whole thing falls well short of the contemporary professional standards seen at similar establishments at which I've stayed.

The location and price were not bad. The room was very noisy. Ice maker right outside the door, the fridge in the room was very loud. Noisy people early in the morning, out in the hallway. The continental breakfast was pathetic. We did not enjoy our stay. We won’t be back.

My response for bathroom cleaning was not accurate. Shower tub was not cleaned properly as you can see black hair on the walls of the tub surround.
