Great environment

The customer service with Tiffany is above reproach.

It is time for this property to be updated. It was very dated. We had issues with a power outage and air conditioning. Also saw a couple of bugs unfortunately. Front desk staff was kind and helpful for the most part, not a reflection on them.

There was no drinking water for breakfast and the ice maker was broken on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

This hotel was great, clean and very accessible with our dogs. The amenenties are not “over the top” but truthfully everything was clean, beds were comfy, staff was helpful and even allowed me an hour later check out! Very appreciated!

Great service and awesome price

Property is in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Well maintained with a few details that need attention like the vending machines being almost empty, one of the buttons in the elevator is broken, and the bed sagging on one side. However, the hotel is very good and clean, the staff is great, and the continental breakfast was excellent.

Clean and quiet

Was clean, could use some updating. Good value for the money.

Our room bath towel was dirty. The staff can a lot more freindly.

The front staff is amazing. Literally so nice. All the staff was amazing also. I think this is one of my favorites stays through Hotels.com. I've stayed at other high-priced places and this one by far beats them all!

We had a bad experience upon our late night arrival, there was a very sketchy man standing at the front door trying to talk to us and being VERY wierd asking us questions. We decided to check in and go to our room. We were thinking about switching hotels for the safety because of guy. But shortly the police arrived and took him away. Thankfull for the young lady at the front who called the authorities. After that everything was fine. Breakfast was good and lots of food available. Typical hotel food waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, fruit, and different breads, ect. Pool looked clean we didnt have a chance to swim but would have. They share a parking lot with Olive Garden, that was very convenient and delicious!

Everything was good. We stayed comfortable in the hotel.

I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there I'm very accommodating coffee all day long breakfast is terrific!
