Friendly staff. Good service 👍🏻.

The hotel has a great location and great facilities. It’s only a little walking distance from Oxford Street, very nice room and technologically up to date toilet (warm toilet seat in the coldest week of the year — very appreciated :D ). Meeting room decor was nice as well. Breakfast was great- just need a little variation in the daily menu so there’ll be something different every day.
