The entire stay and experience was very acceptable. Nice place, professional staff and good food. Location within the town was great.

10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!

The hotel location was excellent and had adequate parking for guests. The restaurant in the hotel served an excellent breakfast and had a nice area to sit outside. Our room needed to be updated, the carpet was very faded and stained. The shower also needed some work. It needed new caulking and the shower base was cracked.

The highest class hotel in Ostrava, but unfortunately the day of our visit during midnight there is out break of electricity, one of the greatest breakfast in the whole Europe!

I had a good size room on the 5th floor (#511) that was nice for Ostrava though I could not get the room cooler than 22c. Breakfast was decent in the morning.

It was business trip. The staying is really good and the breakfast is also nice.

Check in took ages due to Covid regulations and only one member of staff working on reception even though others were nearby doing nothing. The bed was comfortable but the room was basic and small given the price and how poor and cheap Ostrava is

I really enjoyed second stay at the Imperial in the centre of Ostrava. The staff were great and the room was large and clean, I really liked the kettle and fridge in the room. I will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was excellent, anti-virus measured were comprehensive. The only criticism was that I couldn't get the air-con to work in room 421 but I didn't report is as I didn't really need it and I forgot to report it at checkout. This hotel is located between the two theatres Jiřiho Myrona and Antonína Dvořáka which is really convenient. It is also has tram and excellent shopping centre within a very short walk.

Small rooms, good breakfast and located next a modern shopping center. Decent resturant options around the corner of the building. Was disappointed that the ladies in the resturant wouldnt allow me in 5 minutes early at 05:55 to quickly eat breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6. Was under time pressure to leave the hotel early asap. restaurant staff could be more accommodating for such situations as breakfast is paid for. Hotel receptionists were very helpful.

I was very happy about the Reception Desk and specifically enchanted by the restaurant service who met my request for organising a small supper after the theatre performance, which ended late. It was important for us, because my daughter was the actress. The staff did their best and the waiters were more than helpful. Thank you very much indeed!

The hot and cold buffet breakfast was very good. The room was a reasonable size with a view of the pedestrianised precinct. We had a good meal in the restaurant. The English speaking staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, great location but the Staff have no customer service. And she mentioned a few times about booking on Expedia. I guess they don’t like that. Would not stay again.
