This property is amazing! From the exceptional customer service to the stylish design of the hotel, everything was perfect—and I can be pretty picky. There wasn’t a single thing I would change about my stay. I highly, highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Loved my stay at the Only YOU Hotel. Going to Valencia & deciding to stay in Only YOU was a nice little birthday treat to myself as I was travelling solo. It was my first time travelling abroad by myself & I definitely picked the right hotel. It was walking distance to a number of the citys main attractions. Love that breakfast stays open until 11am - It was mainly a continental breakfast spread (as you should rightly expect) with lots of pastries/cakes. Wasn't my cup of tea buuut it wasn't all that bad I just prefer a more cooked breakfast when on holiday but you know as they say, when in Rome... My room - I love that they supply slippers AND let you keep/take away with you. My room was beautiful, such a big majestic room. Loved the king size bed & the full length mirror behind the door. I also loved the size of the toilet & shower However it was let down by 2 (very) small things in the bathroom - 1. on my 1st day, around the sink , I noticed a some ring marks. I tried to use one of my Antibacterial wipes but it didn't come out. 2. The handwash gel ran out last night. this morning I was getting ready to check out, I had to use the the showergel gel to wash my hands. As the hand gels & shower gels are stored in pumps attached to the wall, to was my hands this morning, I had to keep opening up the shower door to get some. Big inconvenience but considering as I only stayed for 4nights not sure how the hand gel ran out so quickly? And my room was serviced during my stay too

Without a doubt....one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Beautiful place, great service, one of the best beds I have slept in, amazing breakfast, and situated right in the heart of Valencia. A special shout out to the staff....amazing and kind. In the future, wherever I travel.....I will look for this hotel brand again.

Everything was great. We were welcomed from the time we arrived until the day we departed. We were given drinks on arrival and checking in was so smooth. They also brought our luggages in the room. All the staff were helplful (and good looking too!) The location is so central that we just walked to most tourist spots in Valencia. Definitely coming back to thia hotel.

Only you , another great experience, the hotel is in a great location in Valencia easy to get to restaurants and stores. We had a bonus of having a self serve laundromat about 2 minutes from hotel. We went the restaurant on the 9th floor El mirador and the view was great, the staff helpful and most of all the food was amazing. Thank you

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Only You hotel in Valencia. Everything was perfect and in a cute and romantic neighbourhood. The service was amazing. Every employee was kind and had the sweetest attentions to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was extrenely clean and very beautiful. We enjoyed the El Mirador restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Everything at this hotel was a 10/10 for us. We 100% recommend.

Very lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Bar had great drinks and snacks. Well appointed rooms with a very comfortable bed! Rooms were also quiet and kept noise out for restful sleep. My son got ill while traveling and the staff was very helpful in getting us cared for and following up. I’d definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in by far. The customer service was out of this world. Every single member of staff encountered were exemplary. So friendly and helpful and they could not do more for us. From arrival where Veronika gave detailed information about locations to go, recommendations for beach area, best restaurants to just being such a lovely person. Can’t rate her highly enough. The booking in process was smooth as expected, the room was amazing and had everything and more that would want. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was nothing more than sensational, with an amazing coffee bar with coffee made to order. Egg style station with fresh omelets and egg Benedict made to order. Great selection with everything you could wish for. The location was brilliant with main places easily walking distance. Rodrigo went out of his way to secure us a seat in the hotel room for the football, and was super friendly and nice. Jose Enrique was everything I was expecting after reading previous reviews. He made stay very special with lots of little touches including sending up cake and champagne for birthday and rose for my partner in the morning. Exceptional man. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. I’ve been all over the world, and this hotel for look, location, customer service and food is probably made it rank number 1. If you get the opportunity you have to stay at this place. And great value!!!

Great hotel in the heart of the city with exceptional staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are delightful. Will definitely stay here again.

La atención del personal fue impecable: amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier momento. Está cerca de transporte, restaurantes y varios puntos de interés, todo a una distancia caminable que hace la experiencia mucho más cómoda. Everything was good.

The Presidential Suite was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was very attentive to my needs and even provided me with a complimentary surprise cake and bottle of wine for my birthday. I did not tell them.

The location was amazing , the staff were very helpful and accommodating and the hotel was really beautiful

The staff are so incredibly helpful here can’t speak highly enough of them, the rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location in the city centre. Had a great stay all round.
