The staff was over the top amazing. Friendly and attentive, they made us feel like we were staying with friends.

The coffee was good at breakfast. We got good maid service. Front desk clerk was very courteous. It was not pleasant being woken up at 5:30 in the morning with the alarm warning going off & then the elevators quit so we had to climb 4 flights of steps until it was fixed.

This was our second stay here! We had a child with us so the suite was big enough to accommodate all of us. Only down side was that the pool was closed for maintenance, and the beds are not that comfortable. But the breakfast was great, and the hotel overall was quiet. Will probably come back again?

We have stayed here several times over the years, as it is the best option over all the other hotels in Kokomo. However, it is beginning to show some wear. The pool was closed, and the entrance to the hotel is easy to miss and the hotel itself is hidden from view from the road.

Was mostly fine, but the breakfast server got very crappy with my wife for absolutely no reason. It kinda ruined the stay. Horrible experience. Will most likely not be staying again

Bathtub appeared dirty. Rust around the drain.

Checkin receptionist welcoming. Warm double sided fireplace in a spacious lobby. Comfortable bed and room. No complaints. Their pool was not available but we knew that going in.

After reviewing several options, we selected here to be able to swim on our stay. When we checked in there was a sign saying the pool was out of order, of course. Decided to make the best of it, and went to the room. Upon arrival at the room, the toilet was clogged up and wouldn’t flush. Had to try to find staff to see if someone could flush it. The room was mostly nice, the TV was out of date. Not the best of date nights for us

The nicest Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. Staff was professional and courteous. Room was well appointed and very clean I highly recommend this property. Breakfast was above average as well.

Staff was excellent. First room was very musty. but second room very good. Location needs update / hall rugs

Pool was closed so that was disappointing. The floor our room was on smelled like fish.

Was given handicap room, I didnt ask for. Bathroom shower leaks water all over floor, slip hazard, I mopped up with towels. Slip and fall waiting to happen. Noisy roon.

Did not like the round about way to get to the facility coming from the north on 931. there is no direct route.
