The room had bugs and the AC didn’t work

Excellent choice for our arrival and departure from Linate. Very convenient with friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle service was excellent & super convenient! Highly recommend

For a quick little spot near the airport, this place is great. Can walk to and from the Airport and Metro to get around town or other stations. Staff was nice, and helpful. Shower in my room was a good size for me but I can see how they might be a bit too narrow for some. Overall great experience!

why they sold me breakfast for me every each day 12$.that is so rude.l have family vacation 4 person.total l paid 192$.in my all life first time l saw sold breakfast.

Small rooms, no AC due to environmental policies of the country, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast choices. I appreciate the shuttle service.

Very convenient for travelers fly with Linate airport. Overall it is okay, however we were shocked that a group of visitors took over the shuttle service while we had been waiting even before their show up. We were asked to wait for another shuttle bus.

Clean and comfortable

The front desk attendant was quite pushy and rude in telling me that “the family suite would only sleep 4 and we had 5!” I calmly responded that the reservation site didn’t make that clear and I asked about a roll away bed option. He insisted I buy another room and frankly I was just happy one was available and I could end my conversation with him as quickly as possible. Won’t return.

They could improve the hotel entry. It's too complicated to find a entry

Clean room, friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet! Worth the price. The airport shuttle allowed for convenient transportation.

We enjoyed it very much and had a great stay. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Everyone was friendly, from the shuttle driver, to the gentleman at the reception. It was very nice to see welcoming faces after a long day of travel. The hotel also has a good restaurant. We will definitely stay at Best Western Air Hotel Linate again whenever we travel that way.
