Lived the Grill in the hotel. Housekeeping good.

Internet Wifi did not work. The TV directory did not show the channels, so we did not know what the channels were. We were told that they could only reset the TV in the morning.

Generously portioned room, clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast lounge were good, better than most.

When we booked, it had pictures of Kitchen and a separate living room. When we got there there was no living room space and Kitchen. And they would not change the room.

We only stayed one night on our journey back to NH so we didn’t get to use all the amenities the hotel offered. We did eat at the restaurant and the food and drinks were very good

The property was great indoor heated pool with jacuzzi and the staff were nice but when I asked for a luggage cart they said I had to come down and get one at the front entrance they don’t bring it up to me thought that was a little inconvenient because I have 4 children and juggling all that just seemed odd that they wouldn’t bring it to me.

Upon arrival, we were offered cookies, which excited my children until we were told they only had cookies with walnuts. Our room smelled and looked very clean. We booked a room with a kitchen, but it only had a mini fridge and microwave. The room had 2 towels. We called down and asked for 3 more, but they were never sent to our room. The light over the vanity sink didn’t work. The pool was nice and well enjoyed by my kids. On our second night there a car alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. While we enjoyed the convenience of everything nearby, we couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. It wasn’t the pleasant stay we’re used to and were quite disappointed.
