Clean Great staff

Excellent location, the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

comfortable, large space. Excellent bed, bath and sitting room. only issue was Kitchen, which was very poorly stocked with poor quality utensils. I had to ask the staff multiple times for supplies - but they were very responsive.

Bad stains on carpets in the room. Balcony in disrepair. Tight awkward bathroom. Magnetic shower head kept dropping off its base.

Hotel was close to everything (restaurants, events). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you want a clean and safe place to stay to visit downtown Ottawa.

This hotel is very spacious, unlike normal hotel rooms, it has kitchen 2 queen size sofabed and king size bedroom with 2 washroom. Most ideal for family .

Fortunately we got there early to get parking, clean room good location great for what we needed.

Close to downtown, friendly staff and the suite was great!

Rooms are large and in great shape. The lids for the coffee cups didn't fit the cups though.

Great stay! Parking is easy to navigate. Room was updated and clean. Restaurant on sight has good variety. Great location able to walk to many local attractions.

Helpful staff. We love this hotel , only a block from the canal , where we stay for skating holidays. Having a kitchen where we can make our own meals is a big plus. Convenient underground parking. Walking distance to neighborhood grocery stores and also the centre of Ottawa.
