The staff was very nice and willing to help. The property was in great condition and felt homely. But the towels, facecloths etc…looked old and used already. So if it wasn't for that, I’d give them a perfect score.

My problem is with Expedia. I searched for Albany, NY. How I ended up with Albany Georgia is a mysyery. Now I'm losing my money for the reservation and had to pay for another reservation in Albany, NY.

The room looked clean till I put on my white socks a walked on the floor. The didn’t mop my socks were brown. An the shower had mold

I'm not sure what would take you to Albany, GA but this place wasn't bad. It wasn't good but not bad.

I gave a 1 star because you had to give something to leave a review. They actually deserve a minus 10. I booked my room 2 months in advance for a graduation. I drive 4 hours only to be given a dirty room . Food on the skirt of the bed , dirty floors, bathroom sink was dirty, smelled awful, no clean bath towels. When asked to switch rooms the night auditor called the owner. Because they were over booked they could only refund my money. No other hotels had vacancies and they had no one that could clean the room. So I had to drive back to my home 3 hours and drive back to Albany for a 9AM college graduation of my granddaughter. My daughter also had 2 rooms both were not clean. The worse of the 2 she cancelled and covered the bed with towels to sleep on. She had to place a towel in the bathtub to use it. dead insets were on the floor and in the bathtub.This is unacceptable and will be given to the Better Business Bureau and Health Department.

The check in staff was helpful. The hotel is two stories, however there is no elevator. No pool. There is very limited seating in the lobby area, so it really does not accomodate group eating. The breakfast offered is very limited. The rooms are old moldy and we saw bugs. The bathrooms are very outdated and feels unclean because of the wear and tear.

Let me start by saying this was a last minute decision. For the price i paid i was not expecting a 5 star resort. HOWEVER, i wasn't expecting this either. The hotel DEFINITELY needs some updating. Again, i wasnt expecting 5 star. The bathroom needs some updating, the towels are paper thin and the perfect size for 13 yr old. There was rust around the shower drain as well as the fan in the bathroom. Housekeeping probably needs to be trained because the mirror in the bathroom was horrible, it looked like a 2 yr old cleaned it. The comforter on one of the beds had VISIBLE blood stains ( like the last person in the room fresh bllod stains). The room did have a mini fridge but the freezer part was frozen like it needs to be defrosted. The walls in the room are paper thin. I walked to the front desk and could clearly hear everything in every room as i walked by. The tv in the front lobby was so loud and played all night. Now on to this "BREAKFAST" They say is included. It LITERALLY is a waffle maker, half used ceral ( no it was not refilled. I went around 5 am to grab a cup of coffee. Came back at 8ish and the ceral looked the same) &, bananas. Oh and coffee. They have an entire area that lools like it could be a good space for a nice breakfast but they use it for storage. There isnt any oatmeal,grits, yogurt, bagel or anything that even the resembles a continental breakfast. So if you are thinking you will eat breakfast here, you better doordash it .

Not a good breakfast variety and the service was not met for my disabled mother even though was told on the phone they would help her with extra things if needed but they never did. Plus found a roach in our room

The tube was cracked no smoke detector in the room and only stayed 1 night and didn't get a refund

Staff was friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and shared. The window curtains do not cover the whole window, so the lights outside the window shine through the whole night into the room. Bathrooms had mold in the corner around the whole shower. The walls and window were so thin, you can hear everyone the whole night. Very noisy. Said “breakfast included”, breakfast was only cereal. Not even fruit or bread or anything. Very disappointing stay, definitely spend a little more money on a quality hotel if you want quiet, peace and good breakfast.

The staff check in process was seamless and pleasant. However, walking to room noticed carpets needed vacuuming badly. Upon entering the room it smelled like urine or dirty mop. There was mold on the shower walls and corners were dirty. Dirt under the sheets as if someone put their dirty foot under the covers and linens weren’t changed. Dingy white towels. Dirt in and on window jam like never cleaned. Thick dust on lamps. Will NOT stay again!

Nice and clean

Bed was clean and comfortable and air conditioner was quiet. Bathroom was missing a towel bar, hair drier was hanging off the wall. No phone to ask for another pillow, there were three on a king bed. We could hear neighbors. One banging on the door to wake someone up at 10:30 in the evening. Registration was easy and desk clerk polite. Breakfast was small.

I never showed up and checked in because of sickness and death in the family. Check with property and find out that I never checked in any thing that can be done because of this unique situation on the room payment would be greatly appreciated.
