Unfortunately became ill and spent two of the four day stay at Mossman hospital.

Great spot, with really nice pool. Also has a cute pond with barramundi in it. Room was nice and big, fridge worked well. Super convenient location to get into town and also visit the surrounds. On the older side but that made the price very good. We managed to avoid the timeshare/club sales pitch and thry didnt hound us like some people mention, just say no you are busy

Good value for money, good for kids

The tranquil setting amongst the trees and gardens was peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful pool, close to beach and only a short drive into Port Douglas.

Spacious room, cleanliness, pool, staff friendly and accommodating, lovely topical setting. Parking was an issue if didnt arrive early had to park on busy road.

Rooms were very neat and tidy and not too noisy. Our room could have done with a couple more power points

We had an amazing holiday. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the warm pool and easy access to the beach. The restaurant was great. The games room was fun and the kids liked seeing the fish in the ponds.

My biggest disappointment was the change in the menu for staying at a resort. Children's menu never changed,Lack of fresh cooked vegetables available with foodif wanted.Chips or wedges no other choices of potato service. Daily specials x2 ran for 2 evenings. Service staff did there best,but understaffed at breakfast and evening leading to slow service.

Loved the pool and the gardens. Room was spacious.

The resort is breathtaking, especially the pool area. The short distance to the amazing four miles beach is also very valuable. The food at the restaurant was also good, especially the barramundi. Our room was wonderfully situated, large and comfortable but a bit old and weary. Some room refurbishment is necessary to make it a fit to the other aspects of the resort.

Beautiful location and grounds. The walk in to the reception was like a tropical oasis. Reception were so welcoming and informative. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our families needs. Being able to self cater for some of our meals, having two bathrooms and everyone having their own television to watch whilst laying in bed was a treat! The games area made for great entertainment on one of our nights and the kids enjoyed the pool area. The on-site laundries were also helpful dealing with our damp, tropical laundry!

Lovely place to stay. Trying to promote investing in the chain is a put off. Loved food and the environment and setting.

Excellent, spacious room. Lovely pool and bar area. Games area which the kids loved. Reliable shuttle service available (we used Excellence) from hotel to town centre and beach.

Heated pool in July made it more enjoyable.
