So friendly!!

Very nice pet friendly Hotel with a great breakfast included. We travelled with our two cats and arrived before check in. Redwood Lodge accommodated us and had us in our pet friendly room immediately. Great Service

We made the right choice to stay at Redwood Lodge. Clean facilities, nice hot tub & sauna, comfy bed, and super free full breakfast. It is probably the nicest hotel in Redwood Falls. We would stay here again if we are passing through this area.

This hotel is run by very wonderful people who must love what they do because everything was great!! There was fresh cookies 3 times from 3pm to 10pm, very nice friendly girl at desk, breakfast was best I’ve ever seen at a hotel and we travel a lot!! Very impressed!! I rate it a 10 out of 10!

Our room was right around the corner from the elevator, which was nice. The room was very quiet and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. So many choices to choose from! Would definitely recommend!

The facility was ok. Staff friendly. Expedia didn't do their part with reserving the room. Hotel had no record of the reservation. Luckily the hotel was able to switch things so we could get a room and get the same room for both nights.

Carrie at the front desk did a great job of finding a room with two double beds. The fresh cookies were delicious. The main floor looked like it had some water damage. One of the outside doors that should require a key to open, was left unlocked.

Didn’t like anything about the property. The room was dirty. Blankets and sheets on the beds were not changed. There was a lot of hair in the beds. The bathroom also had a lot of hair.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The place was clean and neat. Desk personnel were nice. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Hot food was empty when I went. I had a king suite and the chair in it was some sort of lay back recliner that was not adjustable. Overall a 4 rating.

Good size rooms. Clean. The rooms with 2 beds are 2 double beds, not queen size. Good breakfast. Thin floors--I found the sound of people tromping above me annoying. Requested a top floor room when I made the reservation but there were none available when I checked in.
