Stayed in this Hotel thinking it would be just a night, but had a such a lovely time in this little town that we wanted to extend it. They also were so kind to help give us an additional half day extension on the 2nd day as our train out was quite late in the evening. What a wonderful experience with such a friendly and welcoming service. Our best experience of Finland Overall.

Very good location and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Staff very wecoming and helpful. There was a mechanical noise above my room, so they moved me to another one very quickly.

Lack of aircon is a bit 1980s… Room is extremely basic. No amenities, no minibar, no fridge.

All the staff was friendly and accommodating towards anything and everything needed to be answer, everything was walking distance, even the train station as well, the room did tend to get hot during the day but they provide a fan for that as well. All in all the experience was great and I will come back for sure

A bit dated hotel but excellent location and breakfast

We were in Finland for a race in Lahti. Close enough for us to stay and the town was really cool, centered with a castle and a good military museum.

Super friendly staff and very accommodating to last minute changes.

The staff was super friendly and the location was nice, walkable to several attractions as well as a shopping mall. The beds were comfortable and a cot was ready for our child, which we did not even ask for, so that was a great extra touch! We were also given trays to take our breakfast to our room, as we did not feel comfortable enough eating indoors at the restaurant with the covid numbers. The only downside was the room facing the street, due to us liking our windows open and the noise from the bar below us at night. Next time we know to ask for a room not facing the street. Overall this was an excellent stay!

Older hotel but still very good. Decent sized rooms and a good breakfast. Well located right in the centre of town.

Just a one-night trip, but enjoyed the stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Have stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, and will come back again in the future.

we.had two rooms. they were large comfortable and well appointed in typical Finnish style. Car parking was excellent and the hotel is in the center of the town. Breakfast was also excellent and good quality. The bar was not open but looked good

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We had particularly good meals in the restaurant in the evening.

I stayed in a room that was inexpensive due to it being above the nightclub. I was 2 floors above it, but had no issues regarding noise.
