The breakfast had small options. The only good thing was pancake but machine was broken... Staff was not fully trained to work alone. No coffee in lobby as advertised. The only good thing price

It's ok, not very clean, a free yet poor breakfast. It's biggest virtue is to be free.

Water pressure was very slow, which made showering a terrible experience. It took much longer to rinse off.

At the check in wait it 10 minutes till someone comes. Yelling 2 times down the hallway.

The room was cleaner than I expected. It would be nice to have a tissue box available. With four pillows per bed, I’d suggest making them different textures as they were all too soft for my liking. The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool. When we checked in we were told that the pool had not been operational for quite some time. Needless to say, my son was very disappointed.

Our room was clean and spacious. It included a coffee maker and fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast had many options. I thought the pancake machine was terrific. Loved watching it. Unfortunately on our second day it was broken.

Good place for a night stay. Convenient location

Our room was serviced the first of a two night stay, which is never done these days when we stay at other hotels. Although the hotel is old and there were a few small signs of that, the important things were spotless and the staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again when we visit Windsor.

It was ok Breakfast was good Towels were stained There was stuff on the floor looked like it wasnt vacuumed properly. Bed was hard They charged us for a stained towel even when they're towels were stained when we used them. They werent very polite when checking out. Tub was nice
