Very happy with our stay here! Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and very roomy! We’d definitely stay again!

Boise is a quiet place compared to Dallas. The summer temperatures are nice. The Boise River is awesome. Very nice to relax

Friendly staff.

Not too friendly, panhandlers in the parking lot, breakfast area is chaotic, juice was more like colored water, coffee was poor.

Great location- pleasant staff

Clean place, comfy beds, pillows not as great they went flat. Indoor pool ceiling, had cracked ceiling, paint bubbling, and cracked ceiling windows. Pool area was clean. The room we stayed was next too side building entrance. That door kept slamming all night when someone entered or exited so it made for a restless night. That ruined the experience.

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square. When I politely asked for regular milk for my coffee, the receptionist gave me a rude look and dismissively told me it’s only available during breakfast hours—despite the fact that I was given milk without issue the previous two mornings. That attitude was uncalled for and made me feel unwelcome. This experience left a bad impression and did not reflect the level of hospitality I expect from Hyatt.

This hotel was in the Boise suburbs near a mall. The location was quiet and safe. When we stayed, it was extremely busy, and breakfast was minimum. It was a comfortable, quiet night’s sleep though, and a walk by the canal behind the hotel was a fun thing to do.

Good

The pool area had parts of the ceiling falling apart. The pool deck area had epoxied pebbles that probably looked awesome when installed but it is starting to break apart and the little pebble hurt your feet when you step on a stray one. The staff was friendly. They seemed a bit short staffed in the mornings. Coffee and food were running out. Seems difficult to have a balanced staff and keep up on the morning breakfast rush.

Very nice room. Comfortable. Kind staff. Clean. Just what is needed for a nice stay in a hotel. I will stay here again if the price is right

Great place for our family of six to sleep and have breakfast on our travels.
