The staff was amazing! But I was charged an incidental fee twice due to an error by the front desk clerk and on my last day, the elevator broke and I had to walk up and down 12 flights with my luggage. Also the hours for the restaurant/ bar are very limited. Other than that, it was an alright place to stay. Not far from downtown.

The wine i paid 40 for was old to the point you could taste the stale.

The room was very nice. Good customer service. Unable to find an elevator to parking lot.

The property is confusing in that most of the parking is away from the main entrance which is on a second story level accessed by a driveway ramp but there are no signs directing you to the entrance.

The hotel was run down. Not worth the price. Elevator issues, only one worked. Donnie at the desk was nice. Waitress at breakfast was great.

We were put in the 8th floor without elevator. People screaming and arguing in the hall half the night and the parking was very inconvenient because you had to walk up slates to get to the entrance. This should be made known when booking

I had a reservation however never actually got to stay there. I was called only hours before my intended check in time and told their elevator wasn't working and that they would be cancelling my reservation. I get that things like that are unpredictable however I was simply given the names of two other hotels that were more expensive and completely booked. I felt like more should have been done on their end including actually making arrangements for me rather than just leaving me to fend for myself hours before my arrival.

Got a phone call 15 mins before we arrived saying the elevator isn’t working and they won’t accommodate our stay. Unbelievable.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible. There were no working elevators the entire 5 days. My family and I climbed 8 flights of stairs daily. Upon arrival, the front desk manager Andrew threatened to deny our stay after the incidental fee and room were paid in full

I was in town for business. The hotel price was reasonable. Location was great. Very efficient check-in and check-out. Hotel was older but rooms were comfortable and clean.

Elevators did not work, toilet didn’t work. Shower didn’t work and it was not clean and hotel staff were not helpful.

Elevator not working, HVAC system set off smoke alarm off, when turned up. Fighting and drunk guest. On the plus side the staff were pleasant and helpful.

I used the room while I was in labor being we were only 7-9 minutes away from the hospital. It was quiet so I was able to focus on the contractions instead of the noise around us. Parking was easy as well. Room clean and very spacious.

This is hard to write. The staff did the best they could under the circumstances, but wow! The elevators were out, although we were told one was working. We weren't told it was working intermittently. I was on the 8th Floor. I cannot tell you the number of times I had to climb the stairs. My friend and I ordered breakfast. After an hour, his arrived, but mine had not. He finished his breakfast and finally my omelet arrived. Again, the front of house staff were pleasant and nice, but what the hell??? My friends received one night's stay comped for their room with an apology for the inconvenience. They were on the 6th floor, and their parking pass was comped. I paid full price without a word. Inconsistent treatment. Was it because I booked through Hotels.com? I don't know. I will say the bed was comfortable. Had it not been, I would have felt like I booked a weekend in hell.

Great condition.

We had a nice stay other than 3 out of 4 elevators were not working. The hotel compensated is worth a free breakfast from their restaurant which we enjoyed.

Outside construction was a bother. Otherwise excellent choice
