Parking was very accessible and convenient.

Bathtub was not cleaned. Soap scum was very obvious on tub and fixtures.

Staff was excellent very friendly & helpful plenty of parking the room needed a better cleaning the bed was ok could use new mattress but overall it was nice to have a place to stay in such short notice very quiet in the room also we would stay again.

Clean room, comfortable, friendly staff. Only minor complaint is unable to turn up the heat in the room so it was a bit chilly but not a big deal overall!

Rooms are cramped and the heat/ac was terrible. Room was about 24c all night and would not go lower with the ac onnin the middle of winter

Staff was very pleasant, but the room wasn't as clean as i would of liked it to be. Shower was full of pink soap scum and when we pulled out the sofa there was an awful mess! For over 200$ a night the room should be really clean !

A front desk staff was not helpful when I came to address a problem. I was sent to housekeeping and they were extremely unhelpful and rude.

We were on the bottom level and the floors were freezing no matter how warm the room was. The flooring was dirty and under the pull out sofa was large amounts of dirt, hair and chip crumbs. The towel hooks for the bathroom were out in the hall where the boots went and if the towel fell on the floor it was dirty from all the outside boots. The linens given for the pull out sofa were only two sheets and a thin throw blanket. Our stay was in February and it was cold.

The room was pristine, no concerns what so ever. The gentlemen who checked me in was super nice as well as the lady who checked me out the next morning.

There was no elevator to access the second floor, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs myself. The bathroom was extremely dirty. I requested a different room, but unfortunately the second room was in the same condition. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing and not hygienic at all.

Check in was great.

Everything about our stay was as expected, excellent service and comfortable room. However, during our 5 day stay, internet access was not available. We were told it had already been out for a week. No wifi access is a huge disappointment.
