Saw a few silverfish on the floor in our washroom. My bed had a legitimate issue that presented as a hole in the centre of the mattress that caused back spasms when I woke up which was early in the night. Didn’t sleep the rest of the night. The bed needs to be replaced. When I told the staff all they offered was sorry. The staff at check in was friendly. Hallways appeared clean.

Hotel has been completely upgrades to a very good standard. All new flooring. Bed is very comfortable. Independent air conditioning works well. The room is efficiently designed with storage/hanging space couch.

Close to everything but a little pricey

For the price and the location it was a great choice.

The lady standing around watching us eat breakfast was weird and when the milk curdled in the coffee she didn’t offer to get new milk. The bagels were stale. Other than that it was a nice stay. Room and common areas were very clean but the cleaning product smell was very strong. Nice room and quiet overall.

Clean room but outdated. Electric car chargers in parking lot was nice. # of parking spaces an issue. Nice location, close to everything. Were there for figure skating competition.

Clean room and recently updated. It is a Comfort Inn, but for a Comfort Inn it is top tier.

An older building, carpets are old and smell musty. And perhaps a non-sented cleaning product should be used.

Excellent stay, clean although there were long black hairs in my shower... and I am bald. Breakfast was great and the preparer was full of enthusiasm. Overall great stay.

Breakfast was good and the staff there were very friendly. The pull-out couch was very small and not comfortable. We had hoped for a late check out, but this wasn't possible. When we checked in, it was implied that booking through a third party created an inconvenience and the person on the desk seemed irritated that we had asked if we could check in. All other staff were very friendly and as accommodating as they could be.

Room was spotless . Lots of parking .
