The first night wasn't great as the heating unit made a lot of noise and the bathtub tap was dripping. The next morning we spoke with a young man at the front desk. He gave us another room. He was very helpful and polite with getting us another room.

The TV did not work properly. Most channels could not be watched. Only showed as no signal. The temperature in the room was difficult to regulate

Room was nice, and staff are great. Only issue was not being able to park outside our room or near it. because the restaurant has the spot as a handicap spot and no other parking spaces.

This is an older structure, but the rooms were fairly updated with good carpet and fabric textured wall paper, comfortable bed, reasonably new bathroom fixtures. The HVAC unit was quite old on the surface, but it functioned very well. I liked having a baseboard heater in the bathroom! The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to have the Symposium cafe/restaurant at the front in the same building with direct access to the hotel. I had a lot of luggage, so I got a ground floor room which was extremely convenient in that I could walk out the sliding glass "back" door where my car was parked about 8 feet away. Great for loading and unloading! The room I was in had a very cozy ambience! Thank you, Comfort Inn!

Front desk staff was very rude, I’ve worked at a comfort inn and have never been to one where the staff was this rude. Will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Should definitely think about hiring staff who are pleasant and actually like there job.

Bad attitude of the lady for check in. After booking through Expedia, I called the hotel to confirm late check-out and was told multiple times that it was free and I only needed to inform the front desk at check-in. I was also told no booking number was required. However, at check-in today, the hotel first said
