The electric wall heater was not operational and twice (each morning) I asked the morning desk manager if this could be fixed. The heater was not fixed and no explanation was provided. Unfair to have no heat on the cold nights. Are these not checked prior to the rooms been available for use ?

Too far from everything but nice dtaff

We were pleased with the service. Were taken back by the distance from downtown paris.

I’m happy with this hotel, it was clean and staff were nice 😊 but the hotel rooms don’t have mini fridge while it’s necessary for people especially for keeping water in it to drink!! Also, the hotel is in transportation zone 4 and far from city center! It means you should pay more tickets to go to the city and come back ( ~ 5 € each direction)! But if you get a card and charge it for a week, it will work for all areas in Paris and all modes of transport!

Stayed two nights. Room was comfortable and very quiet and parking was free. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Price was extremely reasonable for the quality.

Great customer service. The team were making a good effort to speak English. Safe and free car park which was a bonus. Will come back soon!

The hotel was excellent. Clean, Efficient, lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

We had a geat stay. On-site, free parking, super friendly staff, and a small but well laid-out room with a super comfortable bed! Also very well sound-proofed, which is important to me. On top of that it's stylish and affordable. Pet friendly too! What more can I say? You even have the possibility of 24h dining (oh by the way the reception is open 24 hours). I highly recommend.

The male who was there the night we got there, understood that I thought double bed meant two beds. He was patient as we went through 3 rooms, with the third being perfect for our family of 4! We ended up with a balcony, the most comfortable bed our whole France trip, a fold out bed for our 5 year old with the cushion from that chair being a perfect 1 year old bed. Excellent customer service, enough English spoken to help us out so so so much! Perfect hotel!

The recepnists and staffs are friendly, breakfast is good however the bathroom in my room has a weird odor.

Went there for a five-hour exam the next in Bezons city. Friendly staff. Not quite spacious but rather comfy and clean. A/C works. Free parking on site.

Close to the Argenteuil industrial area.

Checking in was a bit of a disaster since we booked 4 nights but the hotel system showed 1 night. All sorted in the end but not good after having spent the day travelling. The shower didn’t have enough water pressure. It was not far off from drops but water was hot. Breakfast buffet could be improved.

Not easy to find the turn at night, otherwise good.

Hôtel à 10 min en Tram de La Défense donc impeccable pour se rendre à un concert. Supermarché et kebab juste en face. Staff agréable et professionnel. Rien à reprocher.

good hotel in a non friendly area clean but can be noisy

Shower holder broken, would not adjust to a different height. The shower was always cold in the morning and the service in the evening/late night was poor as the staff member could not give us correct information as well as adequate room service. On one of the days our room wasn't cleaned even though the sign was on the door stating the room was available to be serviced. Cleaners also left their dirty sponges on our sink. Also only one bottle of water was provided even though 2 people were staying in the room. The hotel charges city tax (1.50euro per person per night) however hotels.com did not mention this. However the concierge staff in the morning were very good, polite and helpful.

Stayed 4 nights over NYE, staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, rooms were clean... only downside, it was warm and the air conditioning only went as low as 16 degrees. Out of the city centre so really got a sense of the culture as a Parisian, locals were friendly, good links to the city. I’d book another stay there in a heartbeat, excellent value for money!
