Tout était parfait, de l'arrivée au départ en passant par le petit déjeuner inclus. Je recommande pour un arrêt a Trois-Rivières.

I had good night sleep, bedding was amazing and bed was really comfortable. Took some fresh fruit for breakfast. I definitely stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was so respectful and professional. We arrived around 10:00 pm and we were tired with a baby and she told us exactly where ti park. Thank you lady!

Vieux tapis taché et des cheveux qui nous appartenait pas un peut partout dans la chambre, nous avons changer d'hôtel le meme soir . La direction étais supposé de nous rappeler pour un remboursement mais jamais eu de retour .

Déjeuner très simple. Au niveau de la chambre, tapis taché, son de la télévision qui monte et descend seul, manette assez vieille et boutons pas tous fonctionnels, chaise du bureau brisée donc difficile de travailler à l'ordinateur car le bris fait qu'elle est au plus bas. Rideaux qui ne se ferment pas complètement.

Endroit désuet, tapis très sale, chaise de bureau dans la chambre déchirée .

I didn't t' like the fact that the refused to grant me their reward points because. I booked though Expedia! They also didn't accomodate me by keeping my luggages after check out even if my departure was just on the evening! I have to carry all of them with me all day until my time of departure from 3 Rivières! The lady at the front desk at my time of checkout was very rude and unkind! I choose this comfort Inn Hotel because I liked my stay at Ottawa Comfort Inn but there is Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn! I regretted my decision to say there! And I'll avoid this lace in the future!

We were treated very well. We were travelling with a dog and had a room beside the staff room when booked in Levis,Quebec. Early morning g dialogue from the staff could be heard clearly into our room next door. Important for you to know. Otherwise ….. great service!

Le temps des tapis dans les hôtels est révolu. De plus, dans ma chambre justement, il y avait de la veille gomme collée noircie.
