I have booked two rooms. The first room the door did not lock. You just push it open. Then the next room smelled of pet urine. The third room was okay and we were just tried. The doors to the outside were unsecured you can just walk into this hotel not very safe. Overall if they fixed these thing it would be a decent place to stay

This place is a DUMP. The lamp did not work, it had a short in it, I asked for it to be replaced it was not. grout missing from bathroom tiles, the rest stained very gross. the breakfast was pitiful, the coffee undrinkable, and the doors that lead from outside were not locked. The one was completely missing where to put in the key card, so anyone off the street can enter without going through the lobby. The place was so old that even if they cleaned it is all old and stained and FALLING apart.

the tv was very restricted, we asked for new batteries because the remote did not work, they did give us other batteries and the remote still did not work. it was so warm in the breakfast area and the halls (85 degrees). the room ac did work, but it took hours to get the musty smell out of the room (next morning). i would never go back nor would i recommend this place.

The hotel was dirty. The room chair was stained awful and we didn’t wanna take our shoes off! We kept a light in worried about roaches. The ride to the airport was scary. The gentleman driving was kind, but was all over the road. While we checked in person after person came to desk with issues with their room. Staff were friendly, but this property needs a big cleaning and update of the property.

Dirty, staff was rude rooms were dirty, bathroom disgusting. No air in the lobby and hallways. Stains on the sheets whole place smells. No where to park due to the fact that they rent their parking lot and shuttle people to the airport. I took pictures and will be contacting the corporate office.

The room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom floor was filthy and hairs were around the sink. Ants and other bugs were on the bedroom floor. The bed had stains on it and what looked like crumbs down the back. There was a smell throughout the room.

Clean, but they put me down as having checked out instead of the room across the hall from me. I returned to find my sheets on the floor (which I ended up changing for the overworked cleaning staff) and multiple beers missing from my fridge along with finding my suitcase opened with my medicine missing. I reported it the night it happened. Front desk staff was upset and suspected their staff had done it, and was apologetic that the manger wasn't in as he wanted something to be done. I was told the manager would be in the next morning, and when they weren't, the morning front desk employee tried to blame me for their mistake the day before, and then after acknowledging to me that YES they had wrongfully said I was checking out, and YES their staff had opened my room while I was gone, and YES my property was stolen from my room due to their actions, that they were choosing not to help me in any way with the theft that (again) they verbally acknowledged being responsible for.

The older man who manages/runs this location is not friendly. When I walked in the hotel to check-in, he was with other employees and he said, “Hijra,” a derogatory term for transgender people in India/Pakistan. My room keys continued to not work, forcing me to return to the front desk to get them rekeyed. The TV barely worked, with barely half of the channels on the guide offered. Only my phone would connect to the Wi-Fi, not either of my laptops. The older man would not accept the fact that I have 2 service dogs, and demanded to see paperwork, despite ADA regulations against it. He kept demanding I pay for the service animals until I showed him the regulations and said I would report him to the department of justice. The other employees that cleaned rooms etc were nice and accommodating.

There was food crumbs in the drawers which also smelled like fish. The people at the front desk weren't helpful at all. The were also pieces of trash still on the floor in our suite. The pool was dirty with lots of hair floating around in it. Never staying at a BayMont again.
