Not a terrible room, but the neighborhood is terrible.

Room was falling apart. Shower was not clean. Outdated hotel. Bartender / cafe server was awesome. Check in was not good service. She was not at the desk and I had to stand there for 5 minutes til she showed up. Then she just helped the person who go lt there AFTER me. Didn’t ask who was first. When she did greet me she was very rude and annoyed to be there. Not a safe area. Pool area was actually nice and lobby/bar area was relaxing.

The location and setting are fine, there's no problem with that. However, I was upset that we made a reservation for a room for a disabled person and they didn't give it to us. We specifically requested a shower chair and they didn't have it. The room has a coffee maker but doesn't have anything to make the coffee. The refrigerator is very small and doesn't fit anything.

Very amazing hotel, staff very friendly and accommodating. Room clean and spacious. Nice location and everything hotel had to offer was in a working and proper manner 10/10

The no Microwave in room is a killer

Pros: very clean, free parking (which is nearly non existent in south Fla). Staff is awesome-very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great location 25 min walk to the beach (though we drove to beach and paid to park). Close to restaurants and entertainment. Great grab and go options in the lobby (a little pricey). Has a great pool but we didn’t use it while there. Also has breakfast made to order which I heard was good but we didn’t do that either. Cons: Not much. Was a little dated, hint of a stale smell in rooms. Also not sure if they put us in a handicapped room but beds were very low to the ground. Didn’t bother us at all, but was a bit odd. Other than that I would stay here again for sure!

Excellent

Arrived at 3 and was told check-in was at 4 but for $75 we could check-in early. I can see if it was 11 or 12 but 3 o’clock ??? Not a good policy. I was not happy. I have never had this at any other hotel. There were several others waiting in lobby for the same reason. Come on if rooms are ready they should allow check-in with out an extra fee.

I liked how clean it was. The staff was wonderful.

We absolutely love this place. My family and I discover this place on 2014 and since then we do not go anywhere else.

Cockroachs in multiple rooms. I had to change rooms at check in and the 2nd room had them as well. Definitely sub standard for Marriott. Staff was slow and seemed annoyed at any questions. They also ration toilet paper and refuse to give you more than one roll until its empty. Apparently they want you to use the towels to wipe. Not convenient if you want to walk and also an abandon restaurant right next door. Definitely would not recommend here.

We only stayed 1 night and selected based on location to Inter Miami (Chase stadium) which was great. My son loved the pool and overall it was fine. One lift wasn’t working and some of the cleaning staff weren’t very friendly which is why I marked the ratings down
