Everything was ok, welcoming

Great experience overall. Stayed overnight with my 3 kids for a basketball tournament nearby. (Age 10, 6 and 11 month's) Customer service was great from reservation to check -out. A little outdated on main floor but Clean room and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast in the morning that was included with our stay Overall would recommend and stay again!

Very noisy early in the morning due the truck stop just beside Dogs fees are not show at reception and no receipt for them ….

Had originally booked a single room for 3 people. No rooms available with 2 queen beds but pic had a couch. Upon arrival @ 1:00 AM in the morning, we were told there was no couch. My nephew paid ~$300 for a room. When I got to my room, there was a couch after all. My nephew immediately went back to the desk for a refund. That seemed kind of shady to me.

Welcoming

A recent hotel close by the Highway 40. Super King Size bed. Excellent breakfast with local products (Cheese, cretons, etc). Choice of TV channels was limited. Could improve it! They have a nice bar. Very good gatro pubs nearby. Will go back for sure.

Days Inn Berthierville - endroit propre et bien entretenu. Lit confortable. Bonne climatisation, ajustable. Suffisamment de savon,etc. Déjeuner inclu c'est apprécié. Très satisfait.

Great service and rooms

The staff here are amazing! Very friendly and courteous!! They go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy! We really enjoyed our stay! Rooms are a great size and super comfortable!

We drove from Alberta to NB and stayed the night along the way. The staff were all amazing and friendly and made everything easy and the breakfast was delicious. We had gotten a flat tire on the way up and one of the owners was at the front desk. She called the garage for is and then directed us on where to go to het it fixed. So impressed with the level of service and you can tell they take pride in their hotel. Would recommend
