It was horrible experience. The hotel is under renovation, no access to swimming pool, no microwave, no fridge in room, too much noise, staff was also horrible. With kids it was so hard bcoz there was no fridge and microwave. The bathroom stinks, the bath tub i filled with water there were too much hairs and soapy before i added soap. The bathroom sink even not properly cleaned. No cleanliness at all.

Best place to be snowed in! We just wanted a quiet escape from 9-5 grind, and booked here before realizing there was a massive snow storm. Comfy room, fireplace (mostly for effect), hot tub. Staff were great. Friendly and efficient.

The jacuzzi faucet did not have an option for cold water. The water was extremely hot, and when we tried to adjust it to add some cold water, it did not work. We were unable to control the temperature properly. Additionally, there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room, and basic amenities like toothpaste were not provided.

Everything was good. The hotel desperately needs updating. I can’t believe you have to pay $25 to park in the parking lot while you’re a guest. Staff was extremely nice. Maybe leave more than 3 towels, 2 wash cloths.

Good overnight stay , close to the falls, restaurants, about 15 min wal to Clifton hill. The shower head need a new one and was leaking at the spout. One bed was comfortable the other was too soft. General basic stay . Room was clean . Undergoing renovations so pool was not available.

First we waited for 30 mins in line to check in, short staff supposedly. Then the tv in the room was horrible, there was no option to choose a streaming service even tho it said it was a smart tv. We brought our own azamon stick but the tv didn't support it. None of the doors around the hotel were working so late at night we had to walk around the entire hotel In the cold while having to park at the very back. And to top everything off when we were cleaning up the room I saw bugs on the bed sheets I took a video and showed the receptionist she gave me free parking for the bugs.

The room that we had reserved and paid for was unavailable and they said it’s overbooked. They tried to offer a very cheap room and waive the parking fee as the compensation. It was like a “it is what it is” situation and they never tried to take responsibility for the mistake. It was a terrible experience. We had to book a room in another hotel on Valentine’s night at 10 pm!

The beds were not queen size beds. The building was under renovations so the pool and arcade were closed and the overall experience was poor. There wasn’t even a mini fridge and the furniture looked like it was from habitat for humanity. Parking was also too expensive vs other places I’ve stayed. Won’t book again

The room is so old. The bed is bad, old worn out mattress. All the amenities are closed. They don’t mention that the hotel is in renovation. Parking with additional fees.

No sprinkler system, Hôtel was dirty and run down, jacuzzi was working off and on, fireplace didn’t work but staff was nice and friendly
