Rooms were okay. Bathroom was terrible. Very bad. Smelly. Scary. No proper light. Corridors dirty. Facilities dirty. Staff very helpful good customer service. No fridge in room. Overall bad experience.

Convenient location close to all attractions and amenities. Room was ok, nice and clean, but the balcony ledge had stripped plaster that could use some attention. The extra parking charge and so-called "tourist fee" was off-putting. The in-house Ihop restaurant had some good offerings and the pool was nice, even though I had to ask for towels because there were none poolside. Not a bad experience overall. Not the greatest, but not bad.

The bath tube wasn’t working had to call maintenance and Under construction Closet door missing no safe to lock up valuables

Great staff service and the IHOP Restaurant food is great. The hotel is in need of some TLC. Ice maker on the floor out of service, the carpets are old and stained. The stairwells walls and doors are dirty. Disappointed to not have a mini fridge in our room.

It as clean just very old and outdated . it needs some love.

There is no fridge in room,with baby and kids is not easy,we have to keep baby food in the fridge.

Nail clippings by the bed side table. Hair in the sink and shower curtain had black spots on it

Shears had numerous tears in them dust bunnies under nite stands. Felt like 1/2 furniture was missing for a king bed suite and what was in there came from the back shed. Shower door casing and bathroom floor very dirty in the corners. The best water in the world in Canada and charging $3.50 a bottle for something from Fiji , an island half way around the world and a fee for parking on top of that , the toilet broke and wouldn’t discharge water to flush in the morning when we were getting ready to leave

Room was dirty for paying $800 for 5 days. We weren’t impressed. They had half a roll of toilet paper and a note saying towels and sheets won’t be changed only every third day. Coffee machine didn’t work, no fridge or microwave. The curtains were ripped down the centre , with blood stains all over the side of the mattress. Taps were very rusty and hall ways were covered in paint. Just overall wasn’t impressed.

Our go to whenever we go to Niagara Falls. Super affordable rates and you can always expect a clean room. Work was getting done to the main floor, but that didn’t hinder our enjoyment. Close walk to lots of amenities, including Fallsview.
